Alan CHATFIELD Sadly passed away on 1st December 2012 aged 48 years. Dad No one will ever know how we felt about you. We know you will always be looking down on us, taking care of us. Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts. Thomas and Nicole A much loved Dad to Thomas and Nicole, Son of Pat and Norman, Brother to Sandra, Phil, Tony and Maxine Brother-in-law to Ali, John and Paul Uncle to Jenna, Ria, Shaun, Callum, Lewis, Byll and Joe Taken so suddenly, no time to say goodbye.
