MICKLETHWAIT John Douglas Pelham Died on the 13th January aged 83. A private cremation service on Monday 23rd January. A memorial service will be held at mid day on the 25th February at St Nicholas church Upper Chute. Douglas will be greatly missed. No flowers please. Donations if desired are to Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. c/o Dunning Funeral Service, 2 Church Close, Andover. SP10 1DP
