SMITH Patricia Anne Passed away peacefully on 17th April 2017 in the Countess of Brecknock Hospice. Patricia will be sadly missed by daughters Laura and Deborah, grandaughters Victoria and Emily and five great grandchildren Mia, Jay, Charlie, Tyler and Luke. She will also be missed by all her extended family and wonderful friends who gave such support during her illness. Funeral to be held at Basingstoke Crematorium on Thursday 11th May at 2.00pm. Family flowers only but donations to the Countess of Brecknock Hospice Trust will be most welcome. All enquiries c/o S. & J.
