STONES Susan Joy Sadly passed away 21st November 2017. Much loved mum to Caroline, Linda, Stephen and Hayley. Nan to Matt, Charlie, Jade and Izzy. Great-nan to Mia, Tyler, Matthew and Ruth. She will be very much missed, always in our hearts. Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday 13th December 2017, at St Thomas' Church, Charlton at 1pm. Please wear a touch of red.
