Kathleen Evelyn WEEKS Passed away peacefully on 8th October 2012 Aged 89 years. Reunited with her husband Norman. Beloved Mother and Mother in law of Susan and Robert. x x x x x x A loving Nan and Grandma who will be sadly missed.
