A SUSTAINABILITY expert is to be appointed to the board of a national organisation advising on the subject.
Gary Wilburn, director of Ower-based HPW Architect-ure, has been elected to the board of trustees of sustainable building association AECB.
His work can be seen in the wildflower-roofed building at Peppa Pig World in Paulton’s Park, Ower.
Mr Wilburn’s role will include leading the organisation’s press relations and marketing getting its message to a wider audience.
AECB promotes the advantages and methods for sustainable building and advises a wide spectrum of the construction sector from local authorities and housing associations to builders and architects.
