Most of the contents of my flat; jewellery personal and family pieces, were collected on March 31st and I have not seen any return despite frequent telephone calls to them for updates on sales progress - so what happens now?

My recently widowed Mum used Prospect to sell of some items after her Husband passed away in June. She was trying to save some money for house repairs and by a tombstone in rememberance of a wonderful man. She also has received no money money from them and no one has been in contact with her. As you can imagine she is totally distraught, not only has she lost her Husband, but also things that were of sentimental value to her, that she did was reluctant to sell anyway. My mum would rather have given them away than to be conned by these people.
