Mock tribunals held to hep bosses
MOCK employments tribunals have been held to help Hampshire firms tackle tricky legal cases with staff.
ARM Consulting, one of the UK’s leading technical recruitment and talent management consultancies, have teamed up with Southampton-based law firm Clarke Willmott LLP to run simulated hearings.
Their latest one was attended by 60 delegates from the HR sector in the Southampton area.
The tribunal focused on managing ill health and made use of real-life cases, replicating the tension of a real employment tribunal to demonstrate the severity of employee actions and the potential implications of misconduct.
