A RISING star at QualitySolicitors Clarke & Son has been made a partner.
After just four years at the firm in Winchester Road, Basingstoke, and qualifying as a solicitor in 2011, Claire Redhead is now a wills and estate planning partner.
She advises individuals and their families on various aspects of estate planning, including advising on wills, lasting powers of attorney, applications to the court of protection, as well as advising in relation to care fee planning.
She can also advise executors in relation to the administration of estates on death, including intestacies, and has experience in dealing with estate administrations subject to inheritance tax.
Claire is a student member of Solicitors for the Elderly and works closely with Age UK in Basingstoke.
She also supports Barnardo’s as chairwoman of the charity’s local professional fundraising group.
“I am delighted to be given this opportunity and I am looking forward to working alongside the partners and progressing my career at QualitySolicitors Clarke & Son,” said Claire.
Senior partner Peter Turner added: “Claire has been an invaluable asset to the wills and estate planning department in her short time at the firm, and we are looking forward to her being an intrinsic part of the management team.”
