MAGISTRATES have ordered a drug addict to have dependency treatment after he admitted assaulting a man on October 21.
Ian Cochrane, aged 32, of Abingdon Road, Bolton, will also be subject to supervision for 12 months and was ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge.
