Linde Material Handling appoints new head of customer service
LINDE Material Handling has appointed a new head of customer service.
Mark Sullivan will be based at the company’s Basingstoke UK head office, in Kingsclere Road.
He brings with him over 30 years of experience to the role following a 25-year career with the company.
Mr Sullivan first started working for Linde in 1988 when he held the role of field service engineer. Since then, he has worked as regional manager for Linde-South Africa, product support and service director, and most recently head of Used and STR trucks, where he significantly improved profitability and rolled out national standards and processes.
“I’m delighted to have been promoted to this role, and I’m looking forward to embarking on this new challenge as head of after-sales,” said Mr Sullivan.
“After more than 20 years at Linde, I feel confident that I can draw from my experience in a range of sectors within the company to offer Linde customers an even better service.
“My aim is to develop on the activity managed by my predecessor, and to improve on our outstanding service in the UK and to grow the operation in 2014.”
Linde sales and marketing director Andrew Daly, said: “Mark has had an impressive career with Linde and we are delighted that that he continues to develop his career within the company.
“Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, and we are looking forward to seeing his expertise benefit the after-sales team.”
