WINCHESTER architects Design Engine has won a competition to design new facilities for a Hampshire charity.
The Fulflood-based firm will design the Cedar Park estate for Enham Trust near Andover.
Enham Trust is building 95 homes for people with disabilities, a new health and well-being centre, restaurant and meeting spaces.
In addition, Design Engine has also been commissioned to plan the wider village of Enham Alamein including the redevelopment of two infill housing sites.
Design Engine director Rod Graham said: “We very much look forward to continuing our working relationship with Enham Trust on this very significant project”.
The firm recently picked up five awards at the regional competition by the Royal Institute of British Architects.
