THE final available unit at an Eastleigh industrial estate has been let to Charles Kendall Freight.

BNP Paribas Real Estate, acting on behalf of Aviva Investors, has struck the deal with Charles Kendall Freight, which offers bespoke supply chain solutions.

The firm has secured Unit 7 on Boyatt Wood Industrial Estate, a 10,576 sq ft warehouse, after signing a ten-year lease with a five-year break clause.

Steve Williams, director of agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Southampton office, said: “It is no surprise that Boyatt Wood Industrial Estate has performed so well.

"Apart from the excellent logistical location, our client has ensured the scheme has been well maintained and as units have become available they have completed a comprehensive, high specification refurbishment. The reward for this investment is a thriving, fully let scheme, establishing new headline rents.”
