Agents at a property firm in Hampshire have been popping open the champagne to celebrate 25 years of business.
Penyards Property Management staff were surrounded by landlords and customers to raise a glass.
The Winchester company gathered at Hotel Du Vin for the anniversary and celebrated that after 25 years, they are the largest lettings agency in the area with more than 350 homes under management.
Managing director Alan Davis said: “We were delighted to be joined by so many familiar faces who have played a part in our growth.
“Winchester and the entire county has a strong sense of community. It’s what makes it a great place to do business and a great place to live.
“Our people are our most valuable and passionate asset. We believe the success of our business is down to our dedic-ated and knowledgeable staff.”
Penyards Property Manage-ment staff are encouraging people across Hampshire to join the celebrations at the New Forest Show as they host a pop-up letting advice centre.
