MUM’S the word for a growing outsourced HR firm.

Chineham-based Reality HR has appointed three new recruits this summer, who have returned to the job market following maternity leave.

Now the team of HR specialists which has offices at The Manor House, in Lutyens Close, is 15 strong, providing services to more than 70 companies.

Nina Loveland and Nicola Gater have been appointed as HR advisers, while Sarah Graham has been recruited as HR administration assistant.

Nina who has more than 14 years’ experience in HR, said: “My reasons for joining Reality HR were to get back into an advisory role within a growing company.

“What attracted me was the broad range of clients and the fact that Reality HR had been nominated for a Working Mums award - I knew I would be working with like-minded people.” Nicola said: “I was attracted to Reality HR as I wanted to work with a great team of HR professionals that I could contribute to and also learn from.

“Their refreshing attitude to working parents and flexible work patterns enable me to maintain a good work life balance.”

Sarah Graham said: “My role is very varied – no day is ever the same. It’s very busy and there is a great buzz in the office.

“Reality HR is a fantastic company to work for as they are constantly growing and changing, they have a strong team and are very focused on their people and development.”
