A COMMERCIAL law firm have let the third floor of its Southampton offices to an international accountancy firm while its existing building is refurbished.
Advised by property consultancies JLL and Realest, PwC will be taking up residence at Bond Dickinson’s Ocean Village premises in Oceana House in one of the largest office deals in the city this year.
Steve Williams, director of Realest, said: “Although the letting to PwC is only for the short term, it allows the company to commit to Southampton on a long term basis which is very encouraging for the market and the city alike.”
