THE company behind one of Southampton’s biggest regeneration projects has been named as one of the top fast-growing property businesses in the South.

Hampshire & Regional Property Group, the firm leading the Fruit & Vegetable Market redevelopment, has been named as a finalist in the South Coast Property Awards 2017 in the Scale Up Property Business Of The Year category.

The company was founded by entrepreneur and property expert Shaun Adams in 2013. In four years it has been involved in some of the region’s most high profile development projects including the £60m scheme to transform Southampton’s former fruit & vegetable market into a collection of 280 apartments for the private rented sector.

Hampshire & Regional Property Group’s turnover is expected to double in the next year, having already more than doubled in the previous year.

Shaun Adams said: “We’re thrilled to be named as a finalist in this year’s South Coast Property Awards. We’ve achieved significant growth in just a few short years and we continue to acquire sites and drive economic development in the South. We have ambitious plans to build on these successes and look forward to continued further expansion.”
