AFTER completing a two-year training contract with Eric Robinson Solicitors, Jenna Lloyd has been appointed as a fully qualified member of the firm’s wills, trusts and succession team.

After studying a law degree and LPC at Swansea University and working as a legal executive for two years, Jenna joined Eric Robinson after being offered a training contract in January 2016.

Now, having gained experience working in the firm’s family law, dispute resolution and wills, trusts and succession teams, she is joining the latter as a fully qualified solicitor.

‘I am really, really happy,’ says Jenna. ‘During my work experience of the past four years, I found guiding people through making or amending their Wills, advising on Inheritance Tax and administering estates on behalf of those who have recently lost a loved one, the most rewarding. Eric Robinson Solicitors is a great firm with lovely staff and the clients I have met have been wonderful, many with truly fascinating life stories.’

‘Wills and probate is an interesting area of law because clients willingly come to put important documents in place, rather than finding themselves in a position where they have no choice but to seek legal advice.’

Jenna is now working closely with associate, Richard Wallace-Lower in the firm's Hedge End offices advising on lasting powers of attorney, wills, inheritance tax and probate administration as well as preparing deputyship applications through the Court of Protection.
