KING Sturge has sold the long leasehold interest in an industrial unit and site on the West Portway Industrial Estate in Andover for £560,000 excluding VAT, on behalf of Milk Link Ltd.
TRAD Hire and Sales will be moving into 58 Whittle Road, a 7,511sq ft indus-trial/warehouse unit, previously used as a vehicle workshop and trailer yard.
