Chamber members and their guests enjoyed a networking lunch in a unique environment this month – at The Hawk Conservancy, near Andover.
The event began with a display at midday, by chief executive officer Ashley Smith who introduced some of the trust’s residents including vultures, barn owls and the curious secretary bird.
After a short talk from curator, Andy Hinton, covering the history of the conservancy and the Hawk Conservancy’s plans for it’s new conference facilities those present enjoyed a buffet lunch on the balcony, whilst several members took the opportunity to fly a bird of prey.
The event concluded with the chamber’s usual draw, won by Liz Stark of The Wow Company.
