on offer is a double room furnished to a good standard with wooden double bed, large wall mounted mirror, built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a tv with sky the room is painted white. a windows makes the room light and airy.(east facing window, so the light streams in in the morning) (sky in the room high speed (up to 20mb)wireless internet. there are 3 occupants currently. the house is warm, friendly and welcoming. the use of the main rooms in the house is available, front room,(skyhd) a projector!! & large 72" pulldown screen for those box office films! or the football! reasonably well equipped kitchen dining room, washing machine, dishwasher, ect. bathroom, with new shower unit. conservatory, garden (bbq, & hammock!!)and garage.it is situated very close to really pleasant nature reserve good for fishing, running, walking, birdwatching etc.(what ever floats your boat!) town is a easy walk of about 1 mile, or a 2 minute drive. tesco / sainsburys 2 mins in a car.there is a local shop and pub. its on the main bus route. the train station is in easy reach , by car 5 mins drive, walking 20 mins.i am looking for a friendly professional person.somebody who is easy to talk to, stable, well balanced, or as much as any of us are. i don't smoke so would prefer to have a non smoker. occasional "visits" by partners or friends are ok within reason and the couch is sometimes available occasionally for overnight emergency crash rights if needed.call, for a chat.short term let considered for the rooms , if it interests.
