Experienced lawyer joins Paris Smith & Randall

SOUTHAMPTON law firm Paris Smith & Randall has strengthened its residential conveyancing team with the recruitment of private client property lawyer, Lesley Wright.

Lesley not only undertakes property work for the head of department, Rupert Morton-Curtis, but also works on property-related matters for the Family and Tax & Estate Planning departments.

Having previously worked for Coffin Mew's central conveyancing division in Fareham, Lesley's new role comprises a mixture of work from Family and Tax & Estates.

Her expertise covers matrimonial conveyancing, the implementation of orders in respect of the division of property, dealing with the property aspects of estate planning matters and trusts' provisions, plus advising on matters relating to joint ownership.

Rupert Morton-Curtis said: "Lesley's appointment boosts our offering. She brings eight years' experience to our growing team and valuable knowledge of the local area. We are delighted to welcome her at a time of expansion throughout the firm."
