Mencap festive market
ANDOVER Mencap staged a Christmas market at the Wellington Centre on Saturday to help raise funds for the organisation.
There were around 15 stalls offering a wide variety of gifts for Christmas, as well as books and jewellery during the afternoon.
The mayor dropped in for a chat with staff and supporters at the opening of proceedings.
The Wellington Centre is in Winchester Road on the site of the old Wellington public house.
