Duck crime

POLICE in Ludgershall are appealing for information after an unknown person interfered with a duck on the town’s Bell Street allotment.

They say that the suspect used a sharp tool to cut feathers from the creature.

The incident happened on 11 November.

Police, who can be contacted by dialling 101, have promised anonymity for any witnesses that come forward.
