HAMPSHIRE County Council’s youth investment programme is looking to increase its work and offer greater employment opportunities in the county.
The council is to consider a report from the director of children’s services which seeks to carry out more detailed work and boost employment between September 2013 and 2018.
The schemes will aim to recruit 1,000 apprentices or interns into the county council and provide scholarships for Hampshire undergraduates.
