ANDOVER-BASED healthcare provider Simplyhealth has been shortlisted for two awards by the Institute of Customer Service for its 2013 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.

The awards will take place at the Lancaster London Hotel on the 26 February.

Mark Day, customer services director at Simplyhealth, said: “We won the Customer Commitment award in 2012, so to be shortlisted again for this award plus the Customer Focus award is great.”
