Air ambulance support
HAMPSHIRE and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance is delighted to have been selected as the chosen charity of Thruxton Motorsport Centre for 2013.
Since the air ambulance began operations at Thruxton, it has been seen coming and going by staff at the Motorsport Centre and this has drawn their attention to the frequency of which it is needed.
Thruxton Circuit managing director Bill Coombs said he is proud to have the air ambulance team based at the circuit, and wishes to support the crew in any way possible.
Throughout 2013 the circuit will be offering driving experiences and tickets to race meetings for the air ambulance to help raise funds, as well as giving the charity a stand at its numerous race days.
