SPARSHOLT College has rescheduled its course information day to Saturday 9 February from 10am to 3pm due to the recent snow.
The college offers a range of courses covering the countryside and environment, animal care and rural pursuits.
The day is a chance to look around the facilities, meet lecturers and speak to students.
The campus has an equine centre, which hosted the Australian Paralympic equestrian team; an animal management centre with a comprehensive collection of rare and exotic animals; a game and wildlife centre; sport and outdoor education facilities; a fishing lake and an aquatics centre plus a fish hatchery.
Its 400 acre farm includes a sheep barn, a pig unit, a beef barn, dairy unit and a modern fleet of tractors.
There are acres of gardens, glasshouses and polytunnels and the BBC Radio 4 Gardener’s Question Time Potting Shed.
The college offers courses in agriculture, animal management, arboriculture and forestry, conservation management, equine studies, fishery studies, game and wildlife, horticulture and garden design, motor vehicle, public services and sports.
