LOCAL MP Claire Perry has urged budding artists to get themselves heard at The Rock the House and Film the House competitions.
Devizes constituency-based bands, music artists and film makers can enter the competition, getting themselves seen and heard by music and film industry moguls.
Prizes on offer include festival slots, studio time, equipment and the opportunity to premiere in London’s West End.
Founded by MP Mike Weatherley, intellectual property advisor to the Prime Minister, the competitions are sponsored by the entertainment industry and supported by celebrity patrons.
Claire Perry said: “Rock the House and Film the House are fantastic opportunities for local musicians and film makers to showcase their work.
“I know that there’s a wealth of music and film talent across the Devizes constituency and I would love to see a local artist triumph.”
