A LETTER of complaint has been sent to Prime Minister David Cameron and local government supremo Eric Pickles stating Hampshire is short changed when it comes to central government grant.
Hampshire’s UKIP councillors say Hampshire’s grant from the government is the third lowest per capita in the country and does not properly recognise the county’s needs.
All ten councillors have signed the letter.
UKIP leader Ray Finch, said: “We are pointing out the fact that the council can’t do much when it has no money to spend.
“Hampshire is not getting its fair share.”
