AN Andover charity has opened the doors to its new property.
Veterans In Action officially opened its new centre on Saturday, 12 April, at The Old Grain Store, in Redenham Park Estate.
Visitors could enjoy photographic exhibition Veterans In Focus and the unveiling of the tour bus that will be used on its largest fundraiser – a sponsored relay walk.
It is hoped that the walk will raise £1 million for the charity.
Billy MacLeod, from the charity, said: “It was an incredibly good event.
“We had all our equipment on display to show to the public – it was good to meet the public and show them what we do.”
This is the Andover-based charity’s first permanent home since it was founded by Billy MacLeod five years ago.
