POLICE are investigating a suspected arson attack on a parked car.

At 2.22am on Wednesday, (28) police were called to the fire in a car park in Launcelot Close, Andover.

On arrival officers from Hampshire Fire and Rescue Services were extinguishing the fire.

The blaze is believed to have been started deliberately from the inside of the vehicle, a dark blue Renault Megane.

There were no reported injuries.

Police would like to speak to a group of males seen and heard in the area at the time of the incident, one of which may have been riding a bike.
