OVER 350 riders are set to cycle from Tedworth House in Tidworth to London tomorrow and Sunday as part of the Help for Heroes Hero Ride 2014.

Two rides, the Puffing Pedallers and the Dawn Raid, will take off from the Army-led recovery centre and arrive in London at Blackheath Common.

Here more than 1,300 cyclists will complete the last ten miles into Horse Guards Parade to show support for our wounded heroes and raise £1.5m.

The cyclists will also pause at the cenotaph on Whitehall to pay respects to those who have fallen or been injured in combat.

In all seven rides will unite in London before the final ten mile joint cycle, these include the Big Battlefield Bike Ride from Brussels to Paris, the Tartan Express, the Northern Flyer, the Dragon Dash, the Your Hero Ride and the Dawn Raid and Puffing Pedallers from Tedworth House.
