AN incredible downpour didn’t dampen the fun and spirits at the Little London summer fete at Smannell School in Andover.
Despite the weather, visitors enjoyed country dancing by pupils from the local school, cake competitions, carriage rides and much more.
Simon Jackson, who helped organise the fete, said: “It was great if you liked swimming and thunderbolts!
“The weather didn’t dampen our spirits and we didn’t crack under the pressure of the weather and were still all able to have an enjoyable afternoon.
“The sack races for kids and adults were very popular and good fun with the adults getting very competitive!”
