Age Concern
A NEW Age Concern class is to start in September for local Overton residents.
The classes will take place on Tuesday mornings at Harvey’s Field for £3.50 per week with each session giving a mixture of chair based and some standing exercise.
This will improve physical function and postural stability to reduce the risk of a fall.
