Heating oil theft is probed by police
HEATING oil was stolen from a Wiltshire Council building in Ludgershall on Saturday, 6 September.
A member of the public saw two men interfering with the oil tank on Andover Road at 2am.
When they realised they had been seen they made off at speed in a white Transit van.
The next day it was discovered that oil had been taken.
