RESIDENTS in Whitchurch are being invited to have their say on the proposed neighbourhood plan this month.

Public consultations will be held at the parish hall to give homeowners a choice on how they would like their town to be developed.

The neighbourhood plan steering committee will conduct presentations on future development ideas and provide answers to any questions that residents may have.

The first of these consultations will take place tomorrow from 9am-2pm, with another taking place on Wednesday between 5pm and 9pm.

David George, chairman of the steering committee, said: “These events are an important opportunity for the community to indicate which housing and business proposals are best for their town.

“I encourage everyone to come along and make their voice heard.”
