NHS patients can now provide feedback and suggestions on their treatment through a new mobile app.
The Southern Health NHS Trust has started the innovative new system to allow people across Hampshire the chance to air their views at the touch of a button.
The free app, called Southern Health Listens, allows users to record videos or voice messages containing their feedback, which will then be sent directly to the trust.
Katrina Percy, chief executive for the trust, said: “We’re delighted to launch this exciting new tool, which will make it much easier for people to give us their comments.
“We would like as many people as possible to be part of it.”
