WILTSHIRE Police and Ludgershall Town Council are appealing for help to stop criminal damage and anti-social behaviour at the town’s Recreation Ground.
Ongoing problems in the playground and skate park on Dewey’s Lane include small fires lit and damage to tables, benches and play equipment.
It is estimated by the Town Council that it will cost in excess of £13,000 to repair the damage and if the anti-social behaviour continues both facilities will be withdrawn.
If you have any information that could help to stop the damage and keep the community facility going, contact Tidworth Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
