ANDOVER was battered by 30mph winds today, with bins blowing down streets and TV dishes crashing from rooftops.
Wind speeds peaked in the late morning, but will remain high throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
Looking further ahead, the Met Office said snow is possible - especially on higher ground in Test Valley - on Saturday.
