A PASSENGER had to be cut from a car last night after a horrific late night crash on Weyhill Road.
Emergency services were called to the accident at 11.00pm on Thursday after two cars collided on the A342, near Burbidge's Bakery.
It is believed that one of the vehicles was an orange Ford Focus.
Fire crews had to cut one person out of a vehicle while South Central Ambulance Service released another person.
Both were taken to hospital.
Passers-by said the accident "looked horrible" and some even reported hearing the crash as far away as McDonalds on the Portway Industrial Estate.
