15 firefighters were called to rescue a man from a smashed up car last night following a horror crash near Shipton Bellinger.
The extrication took place on the A338 at 8.50pm Sunday, after two cars collided while traveling through the village.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service sent teams from Andover, Amesbury and Redbridge to attend the incident and following a two hour rescue mission, the man was successfully pulled from the car.
He was later handed over to medical teams for assessment.
