THE count to find out who will be Test Valley Borough Council's councillors has commenced at Andover Leisure Centre this morning.
Also underway is the count for Andover West's county council seat, vacated by Pat West (Con) sparking a bi-election.
Today's results will see at least eight new faces on the borough council, including the Alamein ward, Millwayward, Penton Bellinger ward and Harewood ward.
The would-be councillors are vying for 48 seats in the borough which saw the Conservative and Liberal Democrat parties represented 75 per cent to 25 per cent respectively at the last election in 2011.
How do you think it's going to go?
