Teen accused of throwing a parasol on Andover train tracks appears in court
A WINCHESTER teenager has appeared in court accused of endangering travellers on the railway.
Ryan Brown, 18, of Wales Street, Winnall, is alleged to have placed or throwing a parasol on the track at Andover on September 7.
He was sent to Winchester Crown Court to appear on July 15. Brown was remained on unconditional bail.
He is co-accused with Louis Timmins, 18, of Camelot Close, Andover and a 17 year old from Andover who cannot be named for legal reasons.
