FIRST PICTURE: Work well underway on new TK Maxx store in Andover
WORK is well underway on the new TK Maxx store coming to Andover later this year.
Signage has gone up on the Churchill Retail Park this week, with the fashion retailer moving into the unit vacated by furniture giant Harveys earlier this year.
TK Maxx has been tight-lipped for months about its new Andover branch, but the Advertiser reported in May that it was actively recruiting for staff.
A planning application was lodged with Test Valley Borough Council in January for a new mezzanine floor and makeover.
Currently the nearest TK Maxx branches are in Newbury, Salisbury and Basingstoke.
