A CONVICTED Andover sex offender has been given a conditional discharge after breaching the notification requirements of a previous court order.
Daniel Mark Kerwood pleaded guilty at Winchester Crown Court to failing to notify the appropriate authorities of a change of address within three days as required under the conditions of a court order for a previous sex offence.
The 30-year-old was also the subject of a suspended sentence which Recorder Parroy decided not to activate but to extend the suspension period by three months for committing the further offence.
Kerwood was also ordered to pay Crown Prosecution costs, criminal courts charges and a victim surcharge.
