AN Andover teenager has been ordered to complete unpaid work in the community and pay compensation after committing criminal damage to a fence.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to damaging the fence belonging to another Andover resident in July when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court recently.
The Youth Court ordered him to complete 40 hours of unpaid work in the community as part of a youth rehabilitation order and to pay £100 compensation.
