POLICE seek residents' help to clamp down on 'poachers'.
At approx 7.30pm Wednesday 26 August police received reports of a green Subaru estate being used in suspected poaching offences around the Trinley Estate, Finkley, Andover.
There was at least one other vehicle, believed to be a Suzuki, and contained numerous occupants.
It made off from the area and may have last been sighted travelling towards the Wiltshire border.
A similar green Subaru Legacy estate with a V registration was sighted in Smannell, Andover the previous day having been seen entering private land.
The vehicle contained numerous males and dogs.
The same vehicle has been sighted on several occasions around the Basingstoke rural area and in particular near bordering Andover rural.
Police are advising residents to be aware of these vehicles and report any suspicious sightings on 101.
Anyone who believes offences are being committed should call 999.
