The incident took place at Dene Farm on Saturday 3 October when a car ploughed into a marquee containing a private party.
14 people were injured at the party and a 66-year-old man from Salisbury was arrested in connection with the incident.
He has been re-bailed to appear at Basingstoke police station on January 26 next year.
Investigating officers have spoken to a number of people at the party but are keen to speak to as many witnesses as possible.
If you were there at the party and have not yet spoken to the police, please call PC Stephen Johnson, at Whitchurch Roads Policing Unit, on 101, quoting 44150344089.
