Andover man given curfew and tag following assault charges
AN Andover man has been given a three month curfew and will be electronically tagged after he assaulted two males.
Jason Matthew Ayling, from Launcelot Close, appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates last week charged with two counts of assault by beating.
The 28-year-old pleaded guilty to the offences, which occurred on 22 August this year, and will be under curfew until 27 February 2016.
He must remain at his home address between 8pm and 7am daily, except between midnight on 23 December and 8pm on 27 December when the curfew will be lifted.
He has also been ordered to pay a total of £375 in fines.
